We are now looking for second mates for our vessels to join our skilled team on board. In this role, you will work in a dynamic and developing environment where safety, efficiency, and quality are central.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has relevant education and certification according to the STCW convention applicable to the position.
• Feels confident in the role of second mate.
• Is responsible, meticulous, and has a solution-oriented approach to work.
• Can initiate and drive processes when necessary, is curious, and can engage others.
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
